For The Child Who Knows Not Love
By
Jumaima Kadir
All a child ever needs is love,
But what happen to a child who knows not love,
He spends every waking minute,
longer for a mother's tenderness!
A father's strength,
to make him the person he yearns to be!
He spends every sleeping minute,
on his bed of cardboard,
dreaming about a life,
of Kings and horses.
Yes! To a child who knows not love,
he looks upon the dawning of each new day,
with renewed hope.
Within a life of uncertainty,
how does a mother feel
to give up her baby-
to a world that's so cold?
How does a father feel to deny,
A life he has created?
Missing You
By

What do you do, when the nights are cold?
What do you do, when thunder comes crashing,
crashing down?
Do you hold your pillow at night, and wish I was there?
Baby I miss you with every rain drop that falls.
Can't wait till tomorrow, to see your face,
to feel your body-next to mine.
The rain drops keep pattering on my window pane,
and the chill of the husky winds mean nothing.
I close my eyes, and let my thoughts go,
until I know that you're there.
I love you so much, I'll never let you go.
I give my body and soul, all of me.
So when the nights get cold, there is nothing I fear.
Because I somehow know, you'll always be there.
I'll Always Be Here
By

When the storms of life comes crashing down,
When your tears never seems to dry,
When life presents itself with fear,
When you turn and around and no one seems to care,
When all you need is a shoulder to lean on,
When the world seems to be some place else,
When the dreams are fading,
When the mountains seem too high, for you to climb
When frustrations clouds your way,
Know it's O.K to whisper my name.
Can't you see I'll always be here?
